BEN MANTHEI

Managing Partner
Managing Partner Ben Manthei brings 30 years of project management experience in the heavy construction industry to the Redi-Scapes team.  Ben was instrumental in launching Redi-Scapes in 2009, and has been the Managing Partner for Redi-Rock since the company launched in 2000. In addition, Ben  sits on the board of directors for four additional companies as well as two international ministry boards.

JACOB MANTHEI

Marketing Director
Jacob Manthei, Marketing Director of Redi-Scapes, graduated from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a degree in Marketing. Jacob is a partner of MDC Contracting, a heavy construction company in northern Michigan. He also serves on the National Precast Concrete Association’s Retaining Wall Committee, and he is on the board of directors for Beyond the Scoreboard, an organization that teaches character to young athletes.

RON JOHNSON

National Sales Rep
Ron Johnson is a National Sales Rep for Redi-Scapes. Before he joined the Redi-Rock and Redi-Scapes teams, Ron served as the Vice President of a real estate development firm where he oversaw the construction of a number of large developments. Ron is a seasoned veteran in the development industry and a valuable asset to the Redi-Scapes team.

DUSTY MCCLURE

National Sales Rep
Dusty McClure graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Civil Engineering and later obtained his MBA from Auburn University in Montgomery. He joined the Redi-Scapes team in 2009. His industry experience includes project management, environmental engineering, geosynthetics sales and chemical sales, and spans the course of 10 years.
 

KEVIN LOE

Customer Service / Business Development
Kevin Loe, Redi-Scapes Business Development Manager, assists in customer service, training, order management, event management and marketing. He graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Operations Management and has spent the last decade in the construction industry servicing the needs of building professionals.
 

GEORGE HECKENDORN

National Account Director
George works with national accounts to increase awareness and interest in Redi-Rock. His valiant efforts help Redi-Scapes manufacturers get more jobs.
 

JACK BERGMANN

Professional Engineer
Jack Bergmann, Redi-Scapes Professional Engineer received his BSCE from Michigan Technological University in Civil and Structural Engineering and his MBA from DePaul University. Jack spent more than 20 years at Abbott Laboratories in Illinois in various engineering and management capacities.
 

TAMARA MCARTHUR

Administrative Assistant
As Redi-Scapes' administrative assistant, Tamara McArthur handles customer service, shipping, purchasing, accounting, and helping dealers with orders. Tamara is currently working on her degree in Accounting from North Central Michigan College.
 

CHRIS GENGLE

Office Manager and Bookkeeper
Chris Gengle is Redi-Scapes' Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Chris has held various accounting positions at Wells Fargo Bank and the United States Navy.
 

MIKE MORRIS

Director of Image
Mike Morris is responsible for making Redi-Scapes look good. From web site design to creating brochures and manuals, Mike handles everything graphic at Redi-Scapes. Mike graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. Mike’s creative expertise is an asset to the Redi-Scapes team.

Lindsey Manthei O'Connor

Communications Specialist

Lindsey is Communications Specialist for Redi-Scapes. She writes articles, case studies, web copy, e-newsletters, brochure copy, and assists with marketing and advertising campaigns. Lindsey has a degree in writing from Hope College and worked in journalism before joining the Redi-Scapes team.
 

CASEY MEADOWS

Logistics
Casey Meadows handles logistics at Redi-Scapes. He manages form and part shipments to all Redi-Scapes producers. Casey is a valuable member of the Redi-Scapes team.
 

LARRY POP

Research & Development
Larry Pop is the "wheels" of Redi-Scapes R&D department. Larry has been instrumental in the development of the Redi-Scapes product line and has proven himself to be a tremendous talent.
